Q. Where are Soothing Scents’ goods manufactured?
A. Soothing Scents is manufactured 100% in the United States of America.

Q. Do Soothing Scents products contain petro chemical or pharmaceutical ingredients?
A. Soothing Scents products contain only 100% naturally sourced essential oils, same for the packaging which is BPA grade plastics and cardboard which are 100% recyclable.

Q. Are Soothing Scents products safe to use during pregnancy?
A. As Soothing Scents goods are made using only essential oils, they are perfectly safe for use by pregnant women as they contain no harsh chemicals or pharmaceutical drugs.

Q. Are the essential oils in Soothing Scents derma friendly?
A. Soothing Scents uses a potent blend of essential oils. These oils are encapsulated in a user friendly non-drip container to ensure they do not make contact with the user’s skin. Breakage of the provided containers is not recommended as the potency of the oils may cause dermatological issues.

Q. How often can Soothing Scents products be inhaled?
A. The simple answer is as often as required for them to be of benefit to the user.

Q. Have any clinical trials been conducted to ascertain the efficacy of Soothing Scents products.
A. Yes multiple studies have been conducted and these can be found on our website's PDF's & Resources page link at bottom of this page.

Q. How effective are essential oils at assisting with their claimed uses.
A. Soothing Scents range of essential oil based aromatic oils are highly effective at achieving their desired outcome. Extensive research and development has been put into each application to ensure they do what they claim to do.

Q. How long do the Soothing Scents aromatic inhalers last?
A. The aromatic inhalers if sealed correctly as directed after each use, can last up to six months from date of opening. This will however vary depending on storage conditions, number of inhalations daily as well as localised ambient climate conditions. It is recommended they do not be stored in direct sunlight as this may cause premature evaporation of the essential oils contained therein.

Q. Do Soothing Scents products have a shelf life?
A. All unopened inhalers last indefinitely so long as they are stored in a cool, dry place.

Q. Are Soothing Scents products vegan and/or cruelty-free?
A. Yes and yes. We do not test on animals or use any animal products in the manufacturing of our products.

Q. What are the side effects?
A. Essential oils, when they have been inhaled correctly through the appropriate delivery system, haven’t had any reported side effects. We do recommend caution if a user has a history of scent sensitivities or, in extremely rare instances, a true allergy to any of the oils used in our products. Q. I have a chronic or acute condition and take medication for it. Can I use Soothing Scents products?
A. All our ingredients are drug-free, non-habit-forming and have shown no side effects that might interfere or interact with other medication. They are therefore safe to use as part of multi-step care and health routine.

Q. Are Soothing Scents inhalers safe to use for people with allergies or asthma?
A. They are. In some cases, they can be beneficial. For example, the peppermint vapors found in Expecting and QueaseEASE contain menthol, which can help to soothe the airway inflammation associated with these conditions.
