All measures have been taken to ensure that safe proven methods of payment gateways have been set up to safeguard against any form of fraud, however actions of fraudsters on line are beyond the control of Astral Global Services (Pty) Ltd.

Intended Use:
Goods purchased via this on line store are to be used for their intended purposes only as advised by the literature provided on this site.
Any use outside of the standard purposes is beyond Astral Global Service (Pty) Ltd.’s control and no claim may be lodged against Astral Global Services (Pty) Ltd for incorrect use.

Misrepresentation:
Astral Global Services (Pty) Ltd warrants themselves against any misrepresentation of its products on this on line store by any person, company or non-natural entity.

Allergens:
As foodstuffs are contained on this site, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the published list of ingredients are understood and that allergens that these items may contain are identified by the purchaser prior to purchase.
No goods may be returned to Astral Global Services (Pty) Ltd. due to the purchaser discovering the goods on receipt thereof have allergens which may be detrimental to their health.

Warranty:
Astral Global Services (Pty) Ltd. Warrants that all goods will be free of defects at the date of delivery and all manufacturer warranties will apply.

Returns:
Non warranty returns:
Any and all goods that the purchaser wishes to return to Astral Global Services (Pty) Ltd must be with express written consent of Astral Global Services (Pty) Ltd and to their registered physical address as per the contact page.
Requests for returns to be addressed via e mail to sales@astralglobalservies.com.
Transport for any goods which Astral Global Services (Pty) Ltd. agrees to take back for credit will be at the purchaser’s account and said transport to be arranged by the purchaser.

Warranty returns:
Goods being returned to Astral Global Services (Pty) Ltd. as part or in full for the purposes of warranty claims, will be done so with the written consent of Astral Global Services (Pty) Ltd and the transport will be by Astral Global Service (Pty) Ltd.’s. nominated courier for Astral Global Services (Pty) Ltd.’s account.

Credits:
Credits for faulty goods or goods agreed for return by Astral Global Services (Pty) Ltd. will be only via approval by Astral Global Services Pty (Ltd).
Upon receipt of goods, Astral Global Services (Pty) Ltd will refund the purchaser via an EFT to a bank account specified by the purchaser in writing. No other form of refund and payment thereof will be entertained.
